Burger sliders

These burger sliders are fun and easy to make.
540g minced beef
1onion, chopped
1 tbsp mustard
1 egg yolk
Pinch salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large red onion
6 mini burger buns
6 slices cheese
1 pickle, sliced
In a large bowl, combine the beef mince with the mustard, onion, egg yolk and salt.
Turn out onto a clean surface and use your hands to shape into six mini burgers.
Pour the olive oil into a frying pan on a medium temperature. Gently cook each burger two at a time for about 6 minutes on each side.
While the burgers are cooking gently heat the burger buns under the grill.
Place one slice of pickle, burger, cheese, onion and top with the burger bun.
