Cheesy chicken

Rather than putting the cheese in the chicken, this recipe melts it on top.
2 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to season
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp milk
115g breadcrumbs
220g tomato sauce
120g mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place your chicken onto a clean surface and season with the salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, beat your eggs and milk together. Pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
Dip chicken into the bowl with the egg and milk making sure it is fully coated. Next, roll it in the breadcrumbs.
Place on the baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.
When it is cooked, remove from the oven and top with a spoonful of the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and return to the oven. Cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese had melted.
