Cheesy low carb mushrooms

Cheesy low carb mushrooms
A fast low carb snack.

4 large field mushrooms

100g gorgonzola or other blue cheese, crumbled

25g walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

4 thyme sprigs

Knob butter, cut into small pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.

Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and set aside.

Lay the mushrooms on the baking tray and dot over the cheese, walnuts, thyme sprigs and butter.

Cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are softened.
