Chicken, bacon and mushroom pie

Delicious individual chicken pies, the perfect comfort food.
3 slices bacon, cut into 2.5cm strips
1 tsp garlic infused olive oil
125g mushrooms, sliced
250g chicken thigh fillets,cut into 2.5cm pieces
25g plain flour
½ tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp butter
300ml hot chicken stock
375g ready-rolled puff pastry sheet
Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7.
Heat oil in a frying pan,add bacon and heat until beginning to crisp.
Add the sliced mushrooms and soften.
Roll the chicken strips in the flour and thyme.
Melt butter in the mushroom pan, add chicken.
Continue cooking until the chicken has changed colour.
Add the stock and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Fill 2 pot pie 300ml containers wih the chicken and mushroom mix.
Cut out 2 circles large enough to hang over the tops of the pies.
Press down the sides with a fork.
Brush the top with egg wash.
Transfer to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
