Chicken roll-ups
Prep:
10 mins
1 wrap or tortilla
1-2 tbsp houmous
3 thick slices of cooked chicken breast
1/4 avocado
3 cherry tomatoes
Cheddar, grated to make about 1 tbsp
Put a wrap on a plate and spread the houmous onto the middle of it.
Tear up the chicken and put in a line down the middle of the wrap.
Chop the avocado and put it next to the chicken.
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the wrap.
Sprinkle with cheese. Roll the wrap up and press it down firmly.
