Chicken stir fry

An easy Asian stir fry with ginger and garlic.
260g Stir fry vegetables
120g Soy, garlic and ginger sauce
275g Fine egg noodles
140g Cooked chicken pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Use a large pan or wok to heat the oil over a medium-high heat and stir fry the vegetables for 1 minute.
Add the noodles and cook for a couple minutes stirring to combine before adding the chicken and the sauce.
Mix well and heat through then serve directly.
