Chocolate crinkles
These biscuits are perfect for Christmas.

75g Cadbury's Bournville Cocoa

250g flour

200g caster sugar

3 large eggs

60g sunflower oil

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp almond extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp baking powder

Icing sugar

In a large mixing bowl, combine Cadbury's Bournville Cocoa, sugar, oil, vanilla extract and almond extract until smooth.

Add one egg until well-combined and repeat with the other eggs. Add the salt, baking powder and flour and mix gently. Refrigerate the batter for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 5. Using a tablespoon or an ice-cream scoop, form little balls of dough. Roll in icing sugar and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes until cookies looked crinkled.
