Chocolate dipped strawberries
Classic and simple these little fondue fruits are a must with leftover Easter chocolate.
 

100g leftover Easter milk, dark or white chocolate (or combination of all types)

12 large ripe strawberries

Line a baking tray or large plate with a sheet of greaseproof paper and set aside.

Wash the strawberries and pat dry on kitchen paper.

Melt the chocolate (s) in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and heat again until smooth.

Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place on the prepared greaseproof paper and chill until chocolate sets.
