Chocolate hazelnut spread

Tasty spread that kids will love.
200g hazelnuts
2 tsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 tsp caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Spread the hazelnuts out on a roasting tray and roast for around 15 mins.
To remove the skins place the nuts in a tea towel and rub together. the skins should stick to the tea towel.
Place the hazelnuts into a food processor and pulse with a little of the vegetable oil.
When they have broken down add in the rest of the oil and salt.
Once a buttery consistency has been formed add in the cocoa, vanilla and sugar and pulse until mixed.
Transfer to a clean jar witha lid.
Keep stored in the fridge.
