Chocolate Smartie Rainbows

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup coconut desiccated
3 tbsp baking cocoa
3/4 cup self raising flour
200g Smarties
125g butter, melted
Preheat oven to 180°C. Get a 20cm square cake tin and lin with baking paper.
Mix sugar butter and egg together then stir in coconut. Then add flour and sifted cocoa
Pour into tin and bake 15-17 minutes until firm to the touch.
Then sprinke over the Smarties. Press down lightly with the back of a spoon.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Allow to cool in the tray then cut into squares to serve
