Crab, chilli and lime on sourdough toast

Delicous zingy starter or light meal.
1 small loaf sourdough bread
2tbsp creme fraiche
1 red chilli, finely chopped
300g white crab meat
Salt and pepper
1tbsp flat-leaf parsley
Preheat grill to medium.
Slice sourdough loaf into 8 thin slices.
Brush each slice with a little olive oil, season and grill on both sides until golden.
Mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, creme fraiche and red chilli.
Season and mix in crab meat.
Spoon on to grilled sourdough slices and sprinkle with flat-leaf parsley, serve.
