You can have this fish bake prepared, cooked and served in 30 minutes - perfect for impatient and hungry kids.
1 smoked salmon fillet
400g penne pasta
125ml thin cream
1 tsp olive oil
130g carrots
1 green pepper, finely sliced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 lemon, finely grated
Ground pepper
In a pot of boiling water, cook your pasta until soft. While it is cooking, prepare your salmon by removing any bones.
On a medium temperature, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the salmon, cream, pepper, parsley, carrots, pepper and lemon. Gently cook for 10 minutes before pouring into the pasta.
Drain the pasta and add the sauce, constantly stirring.
