Creamy garlic prawns

This garlic prawn dish is perfect for entertaining. It is incredibly easy to whip up and is full of flavour without being overly garlicky.
100g butter
2 tsp garlic powder
10 prawns, de-veined and tails intact
200ml thickened cream
1 tsp basil
Fresh tarragon to serve
Melt the butter in a small pan and add the garlic powder. Keep it on the heat until slightly boiling about 2 minutes.
Add the pawns and cook for a further minute or two. Pour in the cream and bring it all to the boil for about 3 minutes.
Add the basil and cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove the pawns and place onto a clean plate.
Pour the sauce over it and garnish with the tarragon.
