Delicious lamb potato pie

Delicious lamb potato pie
This is a simple dish, perfect for using up left overs.
 

200g-300g leftover lamb

100g leftover gravy, or simply make one using 1 stock cube

250g leftover potatoes

50g cheese, grated

2 slices pan bread

Mixed dried herbs such as thyme and rosemary

Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.

Add 2 slices of pan to the food processor and blitz with a pinch of herbs, salt and pepper.

Roughly chop the leftover lamb and place in an oven proof dish.

Pour over the gravy or stock made, crumble over the potatoes, scatter with the cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden on top and bubbling around the edge.
