For Topping:

250g Denny deli style chicken tikka pieces

2 tbsp tomato purée

250g mozzarella cheese, grated

1 small red onion, chopped

1 small tomato, chopped

1 bunch of coriander, chopped

For Pizza dough:

500g flour

7g yeast

1/2 tbsp tablespoon sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

325ml slightly warm water

Pizza dough for base: Mix salt with flour, then add all other ingredients.

Pour water on this mixture and knead for about 5 to 7 minutes to make smooth dough.

Let the dough rest in an oiled bowl, covered with a slightly wet kitchen towel for an hour, until doubled in size.

After an hour, pat the dough and roll into a big circle.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or until dough starts changing colour.

Take out from oven, spread tomato purée over base and top with your mozzarella, onion, tomato, coriander leaves and Denny deli style chicken tikka pieces.
