These are full of flavour and are great for popping in your child’s lunch box. The riper the mango, the tastier the fruit strips.
1 ripe mango
Preheat your oven to 140°C/ 275°F/ gas mark 1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Peel all the green skin off the mango.
Cut your mango into thin strips. A potato peeler will help you get really thin slices.
Lay your mango strips on the baking tray.
Place in the oven for 60 minutes, turning half way.
Make sure they are dry before you take them out of the oven.
