Easy chocolate biscuit cake

400g rich tea biscuits

225g butter

85g caster sugar

2 eggs

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp drinking chocolate

100g milk chocolate

Crush the biscuits into small pieces.

Heat a saucepan on low heat. Pour the butter and sugar and let them melt completely. Stir in the cocoa powder and the drinking chocolate. Beat the eggs in a different bowl. Combine with the butter and sugar mix. Stir well.

Tip over the biscuits pieces and mix. Line a tin with wax paper then pour the mixture into the tin. Press down firmly. Add another sheet of wax paper on top and press down again.

Put in the refrigerator and let it harden overnight.

Break the chocolate into small piece and put them in a bowl. Melt in a bain-marie. Once the chocolate is completely melted, pour over the biscuit mixture and set aside.

Once hardened, take the chocolate biscuit cake out of the tin and cut it into squares.
