Fish with a tomato sauce

Cover the fish in the tomato sauce and kids won't know that there is a fillet hidden in there.
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bunch basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
400g diced tomatoes
2 fish fillets, deboned
Heat the oil in a deep pan on a medium heat. Cook the garlic and basil for a minute, until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and stir well, cooking for a further 10 minutes.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper before placing into the pot with the rest of the ingredients. Cover with lid and cook for 8 minutes.
