Flora Buttery fruity crumble

85g (3 oz) Flora Buttery spread
175g (6 oz) plain and wholemeal flour, mixed
85g (3 oz) soft brown sugar
25g (1 oz) walnuts, chopped
Filling:
675g (1 ½lb) prepared fruit eg apple, plum, apricots etc
85g (3 oz) sugar
2 tablespoons water
Rub Flora into flours until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in sugar and walnuts.
Place prepared fruit in greased pie dish and sprinkle each layer with sugar and water.
Pile crumbled mixture over fruit to cover completely.
Bake in preheated oven 180°C, 350°F, Gas 4 for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
