French toast
French toast is a great way to get your kids to eat eggs without them realising.
 

1 tsp butter

4 slices Johnston Mooney & O'Brien white bread

3 eggs

80ml milk

¼ lemon slice

Fresh fruit, to garnish

Heat a large frying pan on a medium temperature and melt your butter.

In the meantime, whisk the eggs and milk together until combined.

Coat each side of your bread with the egg wash before putting into the frying pan

Cook for about 6 minutes turning half way until golden. Remove from pan and place on a clean plate.

Squeeze a little lemon juice onto your toast and serve with fresh fruit.
