Fried shrimp with garlic and parsley

Frying the shrimp gives it a delicious crunchy texure and the garlic adds some flavour.
5 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
½ tsp sweet paprika
10 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Heat your oil in a frying pan on a medium to high temperature.
Add in your garlic and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
Next, fry your shrimps on the pan about 5 minutes until they are pink looking.
Season with your salt and pepper.
Serve on a clean plate and sprinkle the lemon juice over it.
Garnish with the parsley before serving.
