Salmon and asparagus wraps
These wraps are delicious, fast to make and super healthy.

2 tsp olive oil

1 small red onion, sliced

100g asparagus spears, cut into 3cm pieces

4 large tortilla wraps

200g fresh smoked salmon

2 tbsp fresh dill

Add the oil to a pan, then the onion and asparagus.

Cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.

Warm the wraps together in a dry, non-stick frying pan over a low heat for 2-3 mins.

Alternate, so each gets time directly on the heat transferring them to a plate as you go.

Add the salmon (in slices) to the onion and asparagus and mix gently for 2 minutes to warm through.

Add a tablespoon of water, cover and remove from the heat.

Put ¼ of the mix and ¼ of the dill into each tortilla.

Roll up, cut in half and serve with a garnish of dill.
