Gluten free banana bread

Sweet nutty banana bread, made for gluten-free diets.
300g gluten free self raising flour
Pinch, gluten free baking soda
75g butter, at room temperature
150g caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
4 medium bananas mashed
75g walnuts, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
Grease and line a loaf tin lightly with butter and set aside.
Beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl.
Add the eggs and bananas and mix well.
Mix in the flour and baking soda.
Finally stir in the walnuts.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until firm and well risen.
Allow to rest in the tin for 5 minutes then remove and cool on a wire tray before slicing.
