Goji-Berry Goals with Flahavan’s
Update your morning bowl of porridge thanks to Flahavan’s Goji-Berry Goals oatily delicious recipe. Add a spoonful of goji berries and a handful of chopped mango to really fuel you up the day and smash your goals!  Looking for the perfect desk-fast? Look no further than Flahavan’s Quick Oats - the perfect way to make sure you are fuelled up for a day of success in your office.

4 scoops of water or milk (120ml)

2 scoops of Flahavan’s Quick Oats (30g)

1 tbsp of goji berries

1 tbsp of chopped mango

2 chopped dates

Add Flahavan’s Quick Oats and water/milk to a deep microwaveable bowl and stir well.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir and then top with mango, goji berries and dates.

Leave to cool for 1 minute.
