Ham, Cream Cheese & Cranberry with Brennans Wholewheat Brown Bread

75g cream cheese (full or low fat)
8 slices of Brennan’s Wholewheat Soda Bread
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
25g salad leaves
4 slices of ham, halved
12 cucumber slices
2 radishes, thinly sliced (optional)
freshly ground black pepper
Spread the cream cheese on one side of each of the 8 slices of bread and set 4 of the slices aside.
Sprinkle a little freshly ground black pepper on top of the remaining 4 slices.
Spread the cranberry sauce over the top and arrange the salad leaves on top.
Lay the ham over, followed by the cucumber and radish slices (if using).
Top each one with a reserved brown bread slice, cream cheese side down.
Either serve straight away or wrap up and keep chilled until ready to enjoy.
