This Slimming World friendly recipe is your new favourite breakfast!
400g lean pork mince (5% fat)
½ onion, finely chopped
1 tsp mixed herbs
½ tsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp mustard powder
1 + 1 beaten egg
3 BFree multigrain wraps (or any wrap recommended by Slimming World)
Heat the oven to 200°C. Place all the ingredients for the sausage mixture into a large mixing bowl, keeping one egg out.
Create 6 sausage shapes and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Brush a wrap with the remaining beaten egg then place 2 sausages about ⅔ in the wrap. Roll tightly then cut in half, Place on a lined baking tray and brush with the beaten egg. Bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown.
