Indigo’s green juice
In just one serving your kids will get more than their daily requirements of vitamins and minerals. It is beautiful, vibrant and bright green and while that might alarm some kids, the taste wins them over every time.

4 large organic cucumbers

2 juicy lemons

4 large apples

Small piece of ginger, optional

1 bunch organic kale

20 large leaves of organic spinach

3 sprigs of parsley

Wash and chop vegetables into big chunks.

Peel and cut lemons in half, making sure to remove all white peel as well as outer yellow peel.

Wash and cut apples into quarters. Peel ginger if adding to juice.

Juice veggies first followed by apples and lemons (their juiciness will help catch as much of the nutrients of the “drier” ingredients).

Stir juice then scoop top layer of foam and drink juice up before it turns colour.
