Irish coffee

1 measure of Irish whiskey
2 tsp brown sugar
1 cup of strong coffee
2 tbsp chilled double cream
Put a measure of Irish whiskey into a heatproof glass with 2 tsp brown sugar. Pour in a strong coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves. Place the spoon lying across the glass, with the back of the spoon facing up. Pour over 2 tbsp cold double cream, so the cream rests on the coffee. Serve.
