Jalapeno Hummus with Carr's Salt & Black Pepper Flatbread

A beautiful snack with a bit of a kick.
12 Carr’s Salt & Black Pepper Flatbreads
3tbsp of olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
1 tin chick peas, well drained
1/2 a jar of pickled jalapenos/ or two fresh jalapenos deseeded
1 clove garlic, peeled
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 small bunch of coriander and coriander leaves to garnish
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Pulse chick peas, olive oil, lime juice, and garlic in a food processor until smooth for about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Now add the jalapenos and coriander and pulse mixture until smooth and creamy for about 1 - 2 minutes longer.
Serve topped with more olive oil if desired and sprinkle with the coriander leaves.
