Juicy pork steaks with a simple green salad

This quick and delicious dish will please everyone in the family.
2 tbsp olive oil
4 boneless pork loin steaks or chops
1 garlic clove, sliced in half
Green salad, to serve
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Season the pork on both sides with salt and pepper then fry over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and rub each with the garlic.
Serve immediately with a green salad.
