Deliciously crunchy savoury treat.
½ bunch kale, washed and dried
½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas 2.
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
Remove the stems from the leaves of the kale and tear into large pieces.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt and cayenne pepper to a bowl and toss together.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool the kale on the sheet for 3 minutes before serving.
