Kale crisps
We want to dazzle your child’s taste buds and sneak the goodness in with this crispy snack packed with nutrients and flavour.

1 bunch kale

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.

Wash kale thoroughly to remove all dirt and tear the leaves into bite sized pieces.

Use a colander or salad spinner to remove excess water.

Place onto the baking tray as evenly as possible, add a dash of olive oil and salt if desired then bake for 7-10 minutes. The kale needs to have crunch but not burn.

Serve in a nice colourful bowl and watch them disappear.
