Lemon chicken with broccoli

Succulent chicken mixed with a lemony herb broth with broccoli is made simple in this mid-week wonder.
800g chicken thighs, skins removed
2 tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Juice of 2 lemons
120ml chicken stock
2 x broccoli heads, roughly chopped
Olive oil, for drizzling
Rice, for serving
Using a large sealable bag, place the chicken and the dried herbs and shake to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Brown chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil, in batches if necessary transferring to the slow cooker as you go.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and pour the chicken stock into the slow cooker.
Use a large piece of kitchen foil to parcel up the broccoli drizzled with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Fold up the foil to make a packet, and place on top of the chicken.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours, covered without disturbing.
The chicken will fall off the bones, discard them and mix well before serving over rice.
