Mango needs nothing to help bring out their flavour, your kids are bound to love them.
1 mango, peeled and finely sliced
Preheat the oven to 120°C / 250°F / Gas mark ½.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.
Evenly place your sliced mango.
Bake for 45 minutes or until you are happy with the crisp they have, making sure they are also dried out.
Cool and serve or place portions in airtight containers to make excellent snacks for the lunchbox.
