Coconut energy bites

An energy boost in one delicious round bite.
100g pecans
75g raisins
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter
50g desiccated coconut
Using a food processor, blitz everything together with exception to the coconut.
Shape into balls then roll in the coconut.
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Enjoy whenever you need an energy boost.
