1 tbsp lemon juice
2 large tomatoes, well chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped
½ yellow pepper, well chopped
½ tsp each paprika, ground cumin and chilli powder
150ml olive oil
200g fresh halibut steaks, (4) each about 2½ cm thick
