200ml Avonmore Fresh Dessert Cream
4 ripe peaches, halved, stones removed
8 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream
Handful of flaked almonds or chopped nuts of your choice
Cherries (optional)
Caramel sauce
In tall sundae glasses layer scoops of ice cream, caramel sauce, a generous helping of Avonmore Fresh Dessert Cream and a layer of peach slices.
Scatter the flaked almonds or nuts of your choice over the top.
Serve straight away with long spoons.
