Peanut butter and banana sandwich
A yummy sandwich to pop into your little munchkin's lunchbox that's high in protein thanks to the addition of peanut butter.

2 slices whole wheat bread
1/4 banana, sliced
2 tbsp. peanut butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
A squeeze of honey

Spread peanut butter on one side of both slices of bread.

Place banana slices on the peanut butter on one slice of bread and dust with cinnamon if using. On the other squeeze a little honey and place the two slices together.
