Perfect soft-boiled eggs

Sometimes you can't beat the classics
4 medium eggs
15g butter (optional)
1 slice of my family favourites white sliced pan.
Bring a pan of water to the boil.
Gently lower the eggs into the water and boil for 4 minutes.
Place each egg in an egg cup.
Crack off the tops of the eggs and add a small knob of butter and a little salt and pepper.
Serve with buttered toast soldiers.
