Pineapple, avocado and black bean salad

This is a light, easy salad that can be put together in 20 minutes.
1 tsp olive oil
1 tin black beans, rinsed and drained
1 onion sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 avocado, diced
half pineapple sliced
Handful cheddar cheese
Heat your oil over a medium temperature and gently cook your garlic and beans for 4 minutes before adding your garlic. Cook for a further a couple of minutes before removing.
While these are cooking, slice your avocado and pineapple into either chunks or slices depending on your preference.
Add all your ingredients to a large bowl top with cheese and lemon juice.
