Pork souvlaki with tzatziki

Tasty Greek inspired pork skewers. Perfect grilled on the B.B.Q
3 tbsp olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
3 garlic cloves, minced
800g pork shoulder, cut into 2cm cubes
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried mint
Tzatziki
300ml natural yoghurt
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 bunch of mint, chopped
Salt and pepper
Preheat the barbeque to a medium heat.
Mix the pork with oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and season.
Cover and rest in the fridge for 2 hrs.
Thread pork cubes onto 8 metal skewers.
Grill until browned, turning until brown all over.
Mix together cucumber, choppped mint and seasoning together with natural yoghurt.
