Pork with black bean and noodles

This recipe is like a homemade takeaway and made in a flash.
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
2cm piece freshly grated ginger
1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
450g minced pork
350g black bean sauce
200g rice noodles
6 spring onions, shredded
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan then add the garlic cloves, grated ginger and chopped large red chilli.
Cook until softened. Add the pork and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 4-5 minutes until browned.
Stir in the black bean sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions.
Drain and toss with the pork and shredded spring onions.
