Potato and tuna balls
These tuna and potato bites are extremely tasty and are great as nibbles at parties. 

3 potatoes

1 tsp butter

Salt and pepper, to season

1 tsp olive oil

500g (2 small tins) tuna

220ml olive oil

Batter

180g pain flour

150ml water

Cook the potatoes in a pot of water until soft. Add the butter and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the tuna to the potatoes and mix together.

While the potatoes are cooking you can make the batter.

Combine the flour and water in a small bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large pot over a medium heat.

Shape the tuna and potato mix into balls, you can use your hands, and then dip in the batter.

Gently deep fry the balls until golden.

Serve when cooled.
