Raspberry Jam & Peanut Butter Blondies
The perfect one tin baking delight

60g Panda Smooth Peanut Butter

110g soft butter

100g brown sugar

100g granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

170g flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

On top:

100g Chivers Raspberry Jam

100g Panda Soft Peanut Butter

Put the Panda Peanut Butter and butter in a bowl and melt

Combine with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand whisk until combined (don't worry if the mix seems dry, this is normal for a blondie)

Spoon the blondie mix into a lined  9" square baking tray ensuring it is an even thickness throughout

Spoon Chivers Raspberry Jam and Panda Peanut Butter onto the top of the mix and spread.

Place into a preheated oven at 180° for thirty minutes

Let cool, and enjoy
