Great tasting savoury snack which is full of fibre.
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp ground coriander
400g tinned chickpeas
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
Drain the chickpeas and pat dry with a tea-towel.
Mix together smoked paprika, chilli powder, ground coriander and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the spices to the chickpeas and toss to coat.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes until crisp and golden.
Enjoy warm or allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
