Rocky Road pancakes

Rocky Road pancakes
A perfect alternative to the classic lemon and sugar pancakes and kids will devour them.

225g plain flour

300ml milk

30g butter melted and cooled

2 large eggs beaten

1tbsp Dr Oetker Baking Powder

1tsp sugar

Pinch of salt

4 digestive biscuits roughly crushed

I packet of Dr Oetker Chocolate Chips

10 Dr Oetker Mini Marshmallows

Sieve the flour, Baking Powder, salt and sugar into a large bowl.

Make a well in the centre and add in the milk and beaten eggs.

Gradually mix the ingredients together until there are no lumps

Mix in the melted butter and the digestive biscuits, the butter will help with frying.

Ladle into the pan. When the bubbles start to form turn over and sprinkle with Mini Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips which instantly start to melt.
