Salmon patties
Serve your patties with baked beans and kids will devour them in minutes. 
 

400g tin salmon

115g breadcrumbs

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1/2 tbsp soy sauce

1 egg

2 tbsp olive oil

Combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, soy sauce and egg together in a bowl.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into patties.

Add the oil to a frying pan and cook the patties on a medium heat for 4 minutes, flipping half way.
