Seafeast Crispy Fish Goujon Sandwich
Made with homemade tartar sauce, toasted brioche bun, spring onion and white cabbage slaw. Served with crispy fries
 

1 x 320g bag Seafeast Crispy Fish Goujons

For the tartar sauce:

2 gherkins, finely chopped

Zest 1 lemon

75g mayonnaise

Small handful parsley, finely chopped

To serve:

2tbsp mayonnaise

Zest and juice ½ lemon

¼ green cabbage, very thinly sliced

6 spring onions, thinly sliced

4 brioche buns, toasted

Heat oven to 200oC. Arrange the goujons on a tray and into the oven. Cook for 20-22 minutes, according to packet instructions.

For the tartar sauce. Mix together all the ingredients and set aside until ready to serve.

For the slaw, whisk the mayonnaise and zest and juice of 1/2 lemon together in a large bowl. Toss the cabbage and spring onion together until coated in the mayonnaise mix. Season.

Dollop the tartar sauce on the base of the brioche buns, top with the goujons and the slaw followed by the top of the bun. Repeat with the other buns.
