Sesame seed and prawn toast

Sesame seed and prawn toast
This sesame seed toast is a delicious snack to enjoy as a late breakfast. they are full of flavour making them great for nibbles at parties.

150g prawns
1 tsp garlic
1 egg white
½ onion, mince
½ tsp soya sauce
½ tbsp cornflour

6 slices Johnston Mooney & O'Brien white bread

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh coriander to serve

Blend the prawns, garlic, egg, onion, soya sauce, and flour together in a food processer. Process until it is a paste.

Generously spread the paste onto the bread and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and place your bread slices, sesame seed side down, onto the pan.

Fry for about 3 minutes.

Cut into triangles before garnishing with the fresh coriander.
