Simple apple loaf

Really easy to make Autumnal apple loaf.
175g butter
175g caster sugar
3 eggs
225g self-raising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 apples (peeled and cored)
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°C/Gas 5.
Grease and line a 900g loaf tin.
Cream butter and caster sugar
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating between each addition.
Fold through the self-raising flour and cinnamon.
Roughly chop the apples and add to the mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.
Transfer cake to oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
